I started showing, hunting and breeding Black & Tan Coonhounds in 1968.
Having a family demanding more time than was fair to take away from
the hounds, I gave them up in 1972.
For our anniversary, I bought my husband Don our first Dachshund in
1992. Since then it has escalated to as many as 21 at one time.
Now we have scaled back down to a reasonable eight.
We are involved in limited Field Trialing, Earth Dog and Conformation.
All of our Dachshunds are in our home, they are part of our family.
We also participate in Dachshund Rescue. You may contact me if you
