Hi Sue,

I've been meaning to write for some time and tell you what a cute, smart, funny, well-behaved (did I say smart?!), and pretty pup that Lolita and Rusty "raised." She is already the center of our lives, and we are having such fun with her. She has her "daddy" wrapped around her little paw, and her favorite place of all is snuggled inside his robe, with just her nose peeping out. She also loves her snuggle bag (thanks again for that!), and burrows into it every night when we go to bed. For Thanksgiving, we put her "daytime" bed in the corner of the dining room, and she slept through dinner. And when we eat dinner on the couch (which we often do), we can do that with her in one of our laps: she sniffs a bit, but then goes back to sleep or chewing on a toy. She knows it's not her food... She is a bit spoiled undoubtedly(!), but she's also well-behaved and so darn cute, that we wouldn't have it any other way.

With regard to training, she learned very quickly to go to the door when she needs to "go potty" and has had very few accidents, and none in the last month or so. She started obedience training a week and a half ago, and is the smartest one in the class if we do say so! She's also very friendly and inquisitive. The first night of class, for instance, her tail was wagging the entire time and she introduced herself to all the dogs there (2 others the first night), after we got permissions from the pups' parents, of course.

At the vet, she was nervous at first, but then settled down and wanted to explore. She's also been to downtown Wheaton, to a local park a couple of times and to her favorite place, PetSmart!

I've attached my favorite photo (which is my intro screen on my iPhone) and will send a video separately (it's rather large). We'll also have Christmas photos which we can share in the next couple of weeks. Thanks again for the wonderful pup you brought into this world, and for allowing us to adopt her.

All the best,

Lynne, Raymond & Cassie
